Soak the seeds in clean water for 4–6 hours, then keep them moist for 10–12 hours to encourage germination. Once the seeds begin to sprout, sow them directly into loose, moist, well-drained soil. After about 5–7 days, the seedlings will emerge and develop 2–3 young leaves. You can add organic fertilizer or compost to help the plants grow strong from the beginning.

STEPS TO GROWING SEEDS
Place the plants in an area with plenty of sunlight so they can grow quickly and produce healthy green leaves. Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist, but do not let it dry out for too long. Apply organic fertilizer or balanced plant food regularly to encourage more shoots and healthy growth.
STEP 2: Caring for the Plants
After about 30–40 days, when the plants reach 25–30 cm tall and begin producing multiple side shoots, they are ready to harvest. Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the young shoots, leaving the base intact so the plant can regrow. Harvest every few days to encourage continuous new growth and extend the harvesting period.
